Program description
The one-year vocational diploma in popular music performance course will provide you the musical and employability skills you need to work in the music industry.
Performance abilities, instrumental technique, songwriting, performance technology, and musical aptitude and appreciation are the focus of all courses and assignments. Performers will also learn about the music industry and how to apply it to their careers while working on joint projects.
You will learn in a creative and innovative environment with other musicians, artists, and entrepreneurs, guided by industry professionals who teach to the highest standards and a guest program of prominent music industry professionals to help you pursue a career in music.
The course develops both intellectual and artistic qualities found in all music professionals, giving you many opportunity to expand on your existing knowledge and talent and turning you into a high-level musician who determines their career path.

Price
Tuition fees
- 12,450 GBP/year
All international students must pay a deposit in order to secure their place on the course they have applied for. Deposit amounts will depend on if you are self-funded or if you have secured financial aid or a loan.
- Self-funded international students: 4,000 GBP
- Funded international students: 1,000 GBP
The deposit amount is deductible from your total fees.
Requirements for applicants
- Five GCSE qualifications with a minimum grade of C/4, including English Language and Maths and Grade 4-6 equivalency playing skills.
- Overseas students where English is not their native language must meet a minimum English Language requirement of IELTS 5.5, with no lower than 5.5 to have been achieved.
