Program description
Our Civil Engineering MSc will provide you with an extensive understanding of the requirements for executing a successful civil engineering project. You will acquire the advanced competencies and comprehensive understanding necessary to excel in your civil engineering career and address professional issues, including environmental sustainability.
You will enhance your research capabilities by doing a dissertation. This may be to a subject you want to investigate further or relate to an industrial placement for which you will have the option to apply. Our academic experts will provide help for both types of dissertation.

Requirements for applicants
Academic Requirements:
- At least a lower second class (2:2) honours degree or equivalent qualifications in Civil Engineering or Civil and Environmental Engineering and other related disciplines such as Water Resources, Irrigation, Infrastructure, Public Health or Sanitary, Municipal, Geotechnical etc. Applicants with non-standard qualifications will be considered on an individual basis, determined by prior study, work experience, professional qualifications, and references
- Indian Bachelor of Arts / Science / Commerce with a minimum of 55-60% /10 Point Scale 5.5 - 6.0 or better (Applicants who do not cover the appropriate subjects during their degree will be considered if they have relevant industry experience)
English Language Requirements:
- IELTS 6.5 (with no component less than 6.0)
