Program description

We'll help you gain a solid understanding of contemporary financial theories as well as insight into how and why businesses make those crucial accounting and finance decisions on our Ba (Hons) Business Management (Accounting and Finance) course. You will gain extensive expertise in important business management topics throughout your first academic year of the course, such as people management and an overview of how contemporary organizations operate. During your second and third years of study, you will study financial and cost accounting, risk management, business transformation, corporate governance, and other topics. You will also learn how to use the essential accounting and finance skills and technology needed to succeed in today's workplace. Along with expanding your knowledge of the theoretical and practical facets of a number of important accounting and finance tasks, you'll also get an awareness of the current ethical and legal framework that both domestic and foreign organizations must operate in.

Requirements for applicants

  • Two subjects at GCE A-Level or equivalent, plus passes at grade C or above in mathematics and two additional subjects at GCSE level or equivalent 

English proficiency

  • IELTS 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 80; or equivalent
  • Alternatively, evidence you have previously studied in English, such as a letter to show that the Medium of Instruction was in English can be accepted.
