Program description
Do you want to work in criminal justice or forensics and have a satisfying career, but you need extra aid before starting college? Our BSc (Hons) Forensic and Criminal Investigation with Foundation Year program gives you the skills and experience to pursue your degree and investigate crimes.
After developing study skills, the course will take you through the investigation process interactively. A typical criminal investigation, the relationship between forensics and law enforcement, and how investigative professionals work together will be covered. Guest lecturers and webinars will provide a solid foundation in current industry practices in addition to expert instruction.
This course's realistic virtual crime environment lets you visualize yourself in real-life situations. You'll play different roles in murder scenes, the police custody suite, the major incident room, police cells, the courtroom, the forensics lab, and a burial site where you find half clothed bones. Gaining knowledge of criminal and forensic investigation techniques and roles will prepare you for future work.
