Program description
Our curriculum delves deeply into the topic of cyber security, covering everything from recognizing dangers and weaknesses in contemporary networks and infrastructures to comprehending fundamental principles and standards. You will get the know-how to create safe systems that can withstand possible intrusions. Along with teaching you incident management and digital forensics techniques, we'll also provide you with the technical know-how required to work as a proactive security tester and ethical hacker.
You will also study mobile, web, and cloud security topics and learn how to identify serious risks. We have a strong emphasis on practical learning, which enables you to use fundamental security methods to test and defend against actual attacks and suggest enhancements.

Requirements for applicants
Standard entry requirements:
- A 2.2 Honours degree in a computing-related subject, or an equivalent 2.2 Honours degree with 18 months of relevant computing work experience.
Typical non-standard entry requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant computing work experience.
- Your work experience should be in a computing or IT role.
English proficiency
- English Language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5, with no less than 6.0 in each component if English is not your first language or if you have not completed previous studies in English.
