For those who would like to pursue a career in the culinary arts, B.H.M.S. offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts.
In order to prepare students for profitable graduate careers, the program provides them with extensive practical and professional competency training in this sector. It's useful for aspiring chefs and caterers who want to learn the ropes before striking out on their own. If you've got what it takes, you can start the program in the third year.
Before moving on to their final industry placement and graduate roles, students complete capstone projects in a range of disciplines, including new product creation, molecular cuisine, technology applications, and managing teams in the kitchen labs.
