Program description
This undergraduate programme offers a unique opportunity to enter a growing international sector. This degree combines the best of both areas to give you the skills and knowledge to flourish in a multibillion-pound sector.
You can specialise as the course progresses. Community, Cultural & Sports Events, Touring and Live Events, Digital Arts & Branding, Business Ethics & Music Law, Creative Economics, and more are optional in years 2 and 3. By the completion of your study, you'll have a portfolio of skills for your chosen career.
Daily learning will be in small, seminar-based classrooms with interactive and engaging sessions where you can debate major themes and apply what you've learned through workshops and group activities.
Subject courses will cover event management and music business roles, responsibilities, and processes. You'll learn how to create, plan, and produce an event. You'll study artist management, worldwide tours, and large-scale music festivals, and sustainability.

Tuition fees
- 15,950 GBP/year
All international students must pay a deposit in order to secure their place on the course they have applied for. Deposit amounts will depend on if you are self-funded or if you have secured financial aid or a loan.
- Self-funded international students: 4,000 GBP
- Funded international students: 1,000 GBP
The deposit amount is deductible from your total fees.
Requirements for applicants
- Successful completion of a BIMM admissions assessment.
- Minimum of 2 A-levels at Grade C or above (64 UCAS points), OR BTEC Level 3 equivalent, and normally three GCSEs at a minimum grade C/4, including English Language.
- IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 to be achieved in each band.
