Program description

BA (Hons) Music Marketing, Media & Communication explores digital media, the music business, popular culture, marketing, and PR.

You'll learn digital content development, writing, narrative, journalistic writing, audience interaction, marketing, and PR. The course teaches how to be a creative entrepreneur in the tech and arts sector. This course is both theoretical and practical.

Professional development is guided by experienced professors. They'll help you develop project management and business abilities in globalisation, self-employment, traditional and digital marketing, creative writing, cultural studies, social media, marketing and PR, app design, and broadcasting.

You'll learn about marketing and its cultural environment. You'll then focus on developing your skills in creative writing, digital media, or marketing. You can choose optional pathways because everyone is different. These allow you to specialise and develop as professionals.

Price

  • 15,950 GBP/year

All international students must pay a deposit in order to secure their place on the course they have applied for. Deposit amounts will depend on if you are self-funded or if you have secured financial aid or a loan.

  • Self-funded international students: 4,000 GBP
  • Funded international students: 1,000 GBP

The deposit amount is deductible from your total fees.

Requirements for applicants

  • Successful completion of a BIMM admissions assessment.
  • Minimum of 2 A-levels at Grade C or above (64 UCAS points), OR BTEC Level 3 equivalent, and normally three GCSEs at a minimum grade C/4, including English Language.
  • IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 to be achieved in each band.
