Program description
This undergraduate study will prepare you for a job in the international live business. Immersed in the BIMM community, with endless opportunities to collaborate with brilliant peers, you can pursue your artistic, intellectual, and industry objectives while nurturing your creative flare as a performer.
It will teach you how to plan, promote, and produce live concerts so you can organise your own gigs and tours.
Daily learning will be in big live rooms, smaller studio sessions, and seminar-based classrooms, with dynamic and interesting classes that let you exhibit your skills and apply what you've learned in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Subject modules will include performance and event management fundamental concepts, roles, responsibilities, and processes. You'll develop your performance, technique, arranging, and musicianship while learning to create, plan, and produce your own event. You'll analyse international tours and music festivals while exploring sustainability.

Tuition fees
- 15,950 GBP/year
All international students must pay a deposit in order to secure their place on the course they have applied for. Deposit amounts will depend on if you are self-funded or if you have secured financial aid or a loan.
- Self-funded international students: 4,000 GBP
- Funded international students: 1,000 GBP
The deposit amount is deductible from your total fees.
Requirements for applicants
- Successful completion of a BIMM admissions assessment.
- Minimum of 2 A-levels at Grade C or above (64 UCAS points), OR BTEC Level 3 equivalent, and normally three GCSEs at a minimum grade C/4, including English Language.
- IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 to be achieved in each band.
