Program description
The Environmental Create Bachelor's degree provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to design practical and sophisticated settings and products, both alone and as part of a creative team. Personal contact and consultation are vital components of our teaching approaches, and practical workshops are an important component of the programme.
We offer the Interior and Spatial Design specialization. It equips students with a general understanding of the fields of architecture, interior design, environmental design, object design and urban studies. Students can learn about multiple fields connected to the shaping of the environment, how to find answers to human and environmental challenges.
The specialization focuses on the functional use and atmosphere of architectural spaces, including forms, materials, colors and lightning, with a special emphasis placed on creating environment- and health-conscious spaces. Along with design and art history, art theory and psychology, students also have technical subjects and gain a comprehensive understanding of architectural spaces and objects, and how to present and communicate artworks and the values they stand for.
