Program description
Budapest is one of the world's most interesting tourist attractions. The city is noted for its cultural and heritage sites, its spas or thermal baths as well as its active nightlife and so-called 'ruin bars'. It is an ideal location for tourism management studies, and at Budapest Metropolitan University, we offer a one-of-a-kind master's degree that stresses creativity, tourist experience, and destination management.
We use a project-based learning strategy to help students acquire both academic and practical abilities. Our welcoming campus welcomes a diverse range of international and Hungarian students, and the teaching team is particularly concerned with student well-being. We also encourage students to participate in research projects, conferences, and to publish their work with us, in addition to participating in trips and competitions.

Price
Fee for two semester (1 year education) is 7,000 EUR for international students.
Requirements for applicants
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field
- GPA: overall above 60%
- Upper-intermediate command of English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ or TOEFL 79+ level, but no certificate required)
