Program description
The program's overarching goal is to provide students with the capacity to acquire and develop basic culinary skills necessary to accomplish all needed jobs in a professional restaurant and professional kitchen.
The hospitality and tourist industry is critical to the economy of Cyprus, as well as the economies of most countries; consequently, building programmes of study relevant to this vital industry is essential to meeting market demands. Our institution has already produced a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and a Diploma in Animation, and we are now moving forward with the Diploma and Certificate in Culinary Arts.

Requirements for applicants
- High School Leaving Certificates 10th& 12thLevel (min 50% GPA) – International students
- High School Leaving Certificate (min 60% / 12 out of 20) – European students
- English Language Certificate
Students that show no proof of English proficiency must take the Placement Test and depending on how they score they will be placed in either one (1) or two (2) semesters Foundation program.
*International students are requested to submit a number of other supportive documents required by the Cyprus Migration departments
