The three-year Architectural Technology degree program is designed to give students a thorough grounding in the technical aspects of building and renovating for business purposes.
Instruction in freehand sketching, sustainability and green technology, the history of architecture, renovation and restoration, site planning, and technical communications await you in this program, which is designed to prepare you for an exciting career in architectural technology.
Using cutting-edge drafting software like AutoCAD and BIM, you'll learn about and practice computer-aided drawing, construction practices, and project administration. Building with sustainable elements like wood, steel, masonry, and precast concrete is covered as well as the development of project management skills.

Requirements for applicants
- Matured student status (applicants who are over 19 years old and do not have a high school diploma)
- Grade 12 English (C or U)
- Grade 12 mathematics (C, M or U)
- English language proficiency
- Academic IELTS: 6.0, no band score less than 5.5
- IBT TOEFL: 80, with minimum section scores of 20
- PTE Academic: 53 minimum overall, no section below 49 L,W,S,R
