Program description
Experts in resolving conflicts are in great demand in many different marketplaces. This curriculum prepares students to analyze, resolve, and communicate conflicts in a variety of contexts, including the workplace, communities, and families. Graduates are able to negotiate, mediate, and settle conflicts in both formal and informal settings.
Graduates will have a leg up in the job market thanks to two exclusive experiential learning experiences offered by this program.
- This course provides students with practical skills in conflict resolution by having them run a service that helps other students avoid and overcome arguments. Participation in this activity guarantees that students are ready to manage a variety of conflict situations and improves their performance on the job.
- An opportunity to enroll in a course within a federal prison. 100% of our students think the curriculum, which is approved by ADRIO, OAFM, and FDRIO, taught them knowledge and skills that they will find beneficial in their future careers.

Requirements for applicants
- Diploma or degree OR A minimum of three years of related industry experience detailed in a professional portfolio with a letter of intent may be considered
- English language proficiency
