Program description
As an HR professional, you'll be responsible for everything from hiring new staff to ensuring their continued growth and development. Human resource professionals are essential to the success of any business in today's increasingly competitive global marketplace because of their expertise in areas such as human resource planning, occupational health and safety, compensation, hiring, employee development, labour relations, and managerial accounting.
Successful completion of this program will allow you to apply for academic credit toward the Human Resources Professionals Association's Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) credential. (HRPA). Achieving a 70% average and a minimum grade of 65% in each of these classes satisfies the coursework requirements for taking the Comprehensive Knowledge Exams, a crucial step on the path to becoming a CHRP.

Requirements for applicants
- Three-year diploma or degree OR Minimum of three years of related industry experience detailed in a professional resumé with a letter of intent may be considered
- English language proficiency
- Academic IELTS: 6.5, no band score less than 6.0
- IBT TOEFL: 88, with minimum section scores of 22
- PTE Academic: 60 minimum overall, no section below 57 L,W,S,R
- CAEL: Overall score of 70, no section below 70
