Program description
The demand for qualified professional selling graduates prompted the creation of this graduate certificate program in Professional Selling and Business Development. Graduates will have the skills and experience to work in sales.
AI, machine learning, online simulations, case competitions, real-world case studies, and interaction with industry professionals are used in this program to teach students critical thinking and problem-solving skills for their future careers.
Students will learn prospecting, account and relationship management, business-to-business marketing strategies, negotiating, follow-up, and tools and technologies that generate income and maintain consultative relationships with business clients through practical experience.
Students can take specialized courses to apply their knowledge in a 14-week, 420-hour work-term. With the ability to apply their knowledge and professional selling skills in a sales organization, students can apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
