Program description
The best way to begin a fulfilling entry-level career in the field of civil engineering is through the Civil Engineering Technician program. You will gain expertise in electronic surveying, computer-aided design and drafting (CAD), geographic information systems (GIS), and testing building materials. There will also be instruction on quality control standards and regulations, project management, and safe working practices on construction sites in compliance with various Canadian civil engineering laws.
There are two ways to get experience in the workforce: either a field placement or a co-op work term. Additionally, students have access to Toronto Construction Association membership.

Requirements for applicants
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Mature Student Status
