Program description
Those interested in a job that extends beyond the confines of a gym will benefit from the Fitness and Health Promotion program's emphasis on working with people of varying ages and abilities.
To ensure that graduates are well-equipped to join the workforce, the curriculum strikes a good balance between theoretical study and hands-on experience. These abilities cover a wide range, from introducing entrepreneurship to inspiring drive and supporting behavior modification.
You'll get plenty of practice using the knowledge you gain in your work-integrated learning chances by taking part in real-world scenarios in high-tech labs. Exercise science, company strategies, behavioral modification, and other healthy lifestyle topics are emphasized. Exercise physiology, nutrition, functional anatomy, pain management, and exercise prescription are just a few of the topics covered in these classes.
