Human resources professionals aid businesses in running smoothly and accomplishing their goals by advising managers on how to best deal with employees, developing and implementing a variety of programs and services tailored to the specific needs of individuals and teams, and formulating and enforcing policies that foster an environment conducive to fairness, equity, and personal development in the workplace.

Requirements for applicants
- Matured student status (applicants who are over 19 years old and do not have a high school diploma)
- Grade 12 English (C or U)
- Grade 11 mathematics (C, M or U)
- English language proficiency
- Academic IELTS: 6.0, no band score less than 5.5
- IBT TOEFL: 80, with minimum section scores of 20
- PTE Academic: 53 minimum overall, no section below 49 L,W,S,R
