Program description

With a focus on international law, the four-year, internationally recognized Bachelor of Arts in International Law program provides a modern, multidisciplinary education in international relations. With an emphasis on how international politics function within legal frameworks and treaties, this study explores the legal obligations that regulate international interactions between nations. By tackling the various complications of justice and offering examples from a range of applications, the concentration investigates the fundamental ideas of international legal accords.

A wide range of global concerns are covered in detail in the show, including international crime, human rights, international waters, global trade, war, and migration. Upon graduation, students gain the capacity to critically examine and address current global issues, such as global inequality, economic reliance, security and war, and globalization. This entails a thorough comprehension of the changing functions performed by institutions like the European Union, NATO, and the United Nations.

Graduates of the International Law degree are prepared for positions in government agencies that focus on legal reconciliation, European integration, and international relations. Opportunities in private law firms that handle international business transactions, international non-profits, and intergovernmental organizations are also included in career routes. It’s important to note that the program is conducted in English.
