Program description
The Faculty of Pharmacy at the European University of Lefke is located on the campus and provides instruction in a faculty building specifically intended for pharmacy education. Pharm M and Pharm D degrees are offered by the Faculty of Pharmacy. During this time period, students receive rigorous training in theoretical and practical knowledge of all aspects of pharmacy. The university has set up several labs to help this department's students with their practical work. English is the faculty's primary language of instruction. As a result, the Pharm M degree requires five years of study (10 semesters).
In addition to that, The Faculty of Pharmacy offers Pharm-D program to the perspective students which is known as Doctor of Pharmacy and is a 6 years degree program of 12 semesters. In order to prepare graduates for careers in pharmaceutical services in health systems, community settings where proper medication usage and patient safety are essential, academia, research and development, and the pharmaceutical industry and its quality systems, the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) curriculum aims to equip them with up-to-date knowledge, strong ethical values, behavior, communication, writing, and social skills.
Our faculty members that teach pharmacy are experts in their fields, having all earned Ph.D.s in the relevant fields.
With our fully-equipped labs and faculty, we at the European University of Lefke Faculty of Pharmacy welcome students to learn. Here, students will be educated to become experts in pharmacological care. With the help of basic and occupational science courses, as well as fully equipped laboratory training, they will graduate as the "pharmacists of the future," providing first-rate medical services to their countries' health care teams.

Graduates of the Pharmacy Faculty have a wide range of career options. They can work as pharmacists in pharmacies, hospitals, clinical pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturing, formulation, quality control, licensing, and medical departments, as well as in the cosmetics industry and drugstores. They can also work in relevant ministries of health. Additionally, our students will have the opportunity to participate in the creation of herbal medicinal raw materials and herbal medication, as they are the only ones who receive official education on medicinal plants and treatment with medicinal plants.
Our students who are well-trained with clinical pharmacy knowledge and skills will be the Medicine Treatment Managers of the future.
