Program description

The Master of Health Management program is designed to address the needs of health professionals who hold management roles in healthcare facilities as well as those who require more education and training in this area. Professionals from various backgrounds will find the program's interdisciplinary features and content interesting. In addition to training competent professional health managers to define and develop health infrastructure, the program's primary goal is to develop health managers who are knowledgeable and capable of consciously applying functions aimed at achieving the goals of the health care system, such as planning, organization, execution, and coordination related to concepts, principles, models, and techniques. The program gives participants insight into how various healthcare organizations and foundations are run. Quality health care services, effective and efficient management, and the training of personnel required to develop an efficient health management system are all made feasible by this program. Students will gain a perspective on healthcare trends and concerns for comparative analysis through the program.

Requirements for the graduate program with a thesis include 7 courses, a seminar, and a thesis to be completed. The medium of education is English or Turkish.
