Program description
Students who earn a master's degree in public administration are prepared for managerial positions in nonprofit organizations, the federal, state, or municipal government, and other positions that address community concerns. Students enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program learn how to effectively manage public sector operations and implement public policy directives. The program's objectives include developing the skills, information, and talents required for the effective development and administration of civil service sectors as well as a thorough understanding of the larger political settings that impact the public sector overall. Graduates will be equipped to progress in their current roles or start careers in management and leadership roles in a range of public sector organizations, including government agencies, non-profits, public interest/advocacy groups, and consulting firms.

Established by the Cyprus Science Foundation, the European University of Lefke formally began its academic operations in 1990 as a State Foundation University.
