Program description

The goal of the Nutrition and Dietetics program is to train scientists who can analyze social issues in the field of nutrition, emphasize innovative thinking, and come up with solutions for societal nutrition and health issues. They should also be independent, and scientific, think independently, uphold ethical standards, and keep up with industry advancements. It is intended to provide a higher level of education to nutrition and dietetics graduates who have earned their master's degree, as well as to train science doctors who possess the requisite theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in these fields, are receptive to interdisciplinary studies, are capable of planning and carrying out projects either alone or in collaboration, interpret and publish the results, have a say in the creation and development of the nation's nutrition and health policies, can monitor and interpret the constantly evolving and changing information and practices, internalize lifelong learning, obey professional ethical standards, use computers and other technological tools efficiently, and participate in training programs to pass on their knowledge to future generations.
