Program description
The Faculty of Law's International Law Undergraduate Program (LLB) was founded in 2020 and will enroll its first students in the 2020–2021 academic year.
Law is an interesting and difficult profession. Its influence is widespread. It could affect both the day-to-day activities of people and the global government's functioning. For this reason, our program was created to prepare competent attorneys to satisfy the growing need for these kinds of services in our nation.
In addition to offering you an engaging and productive academic experience, our International Law Undergraduate Program (LLB) will make sure you complete the basic modules required by professional legal authorities. It is expected of you in the legal profession to acquire particular intellectual and practical skills, and this course fulfills these criteria with a structured program of skill development.
There is a lot of module option available in this course as well. In addition to the fundamental modules, you might be able to select unique modules that align with your area of interest. English Legal Method, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, Law of Obligations, EU Law, Legal Accounting, Family Law, Commercial Law, Equity and Trust, Evidence and Civil Procedure, Property Law, Philosophy of Law, Commercial Law, Land Law, Labor Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Consumer Law, Intellectual Property Law, Private International Law, Law of the Sea, and International Criminal Law are among the core modules. There are several other alternatives available for our elective modules, including Sociology of Law, Criminology, Medical Law, Banking Law, Environmental Law, Arbitration Law, International Law, Children's Rights, and Immigration Law.
The instructional strategies used by the Faculty include lectures, seminars, in-class presentations, and talks by outside speakers with specialized knowledge. The evaluation techniques used by LLB include projects, oral presentations, in-class quizzes, open-and closed-book exams, and projects. In addition to providing theoretical instruction, our law faculty encourages students to hone their skills through hands-on learning. It provides you with the opportunity to participate in legal clinics and fictitious case studies for these reasons.
You may be sure that during the LLB program, you will fully comprehend and acquire knowledge of the fundamental ideas and theories that underpin the English legal system as well as others.

Students who register to Final International University (FIU) programs where the medium of instruction is English are required to take the English Proficiency and Placement Exam (UFÜYYES) at the beginning of the academic semester before they can start their studies. Students who attain the required level can enrol in courses offered in their registered programs. Students who are under the required level for their program are placed into English Preparatory School for one or two semesters according to their levels as determined by the exam, which are: Beginner, Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced
