Program description
The School of Physical Education and Sports was established in 2015 and opened its doors to students at the beginning of the 2016-2017 academic year with the activation of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teacher Training.
The Physical Education and Sports Teaching program's major goal is to prepare physical education teachers who can adapt to the quickly changing information flow and technological landscape of today by demonstrating social awareness, self-assurance, ethical values, and the ability to transfer knowledge and skills within their environments. The program also intends to educate athletes in every discipline and teachers in their free time who may work actively in public and private organizations in line with modern demands. The goal of the curriculum is to produce highly qualified professionals as well as highly skilled academics.
