Program description
Canada's game business is huge and growing, whether online, console, smartphone, or PC. Game developers and publishers in the Greater Toronto Area span from small specialized units to mid-sized enterprises to Microsoft, Nintendo, and other industry stalwarts.
Computer game firms depend on computer and game programmers. This George Brown curriculum meets the demand for technical skills, according to our industry consultants.
This three-year Game – Programming advanced diploma program will teach you "the language of gaming" (C and C++), artificial intelligence, 3D graphics, and more to succeed in the job market.
This program's advantage is that you will collaborate with George Brown's School of Design faculty to create games, understand the game industry, and how to operate in teams. George Brown – Waterfront Campus offers evening classes.
