Program description
The Digital Design - Game Design program teaches design documentation, milestone and pipeline scheduling, game design theory, and psychology. Students will learn how to build and develop games for the entertainment market and serious gaming applications in health, education, construction, marketing, and other industries from teachers with industry expertise.
You'll produce commercial-quality games in a simulated video game firm, sometimes alongside industry partners, game artists, and programmers.
This program's graduates should find work in the game industry. Before graduation, you'll have a portfolio/demo of your creative work exhibiting your game design skills and specialism.
Students with approved portfolios can do non-mandatory fieldwork in semester 3.

*Qualified applicants will be invited to complete the application questionnaire and submit a portfolio and resumé electronically. English language proficiency
- George Brown English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program - Level 8;
- IELTS (Academic) - 6.0, minimum 5.5 in each skill band;
- TOEFL - 80 (online) minimum 20 in each skill band;

- PTE (Academic) - 54, overall minimum, 50 in each skill band;
- CAEL - 60 (overall);
- Cambridge English Exams (B2 First, C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency) - 169 or more (with no individual skill below 162).
