Program description
If you want to expand your horizons and hone your skills in the kitchen, this is the route to take. You'll learn by seeing demonstrations, listening to lectures, and getting plenty of hands-on experience, and soon you'll have the foundation you need to land a job at any of the top restaurants in the world.
Indian, Thai, Malaysian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, Mexican, Argentine, Chilean, African, Caribbean, and Middle Eastern appetizers, entrées, snacks, and desserts will all be covered.

Admission Requirements
- diploma or bachelor's degree in Culinary Management
OR
- one-year certificate in Culinary Skills program or Advanced Cook certification AND a minimum of one-year relevant work experience (resumé and references required)
OR
- a diploma or bachelor's degree in an unrelated field, AND a minimum of one-year full-time relevant work experience (resumé and references required)
English language proficiency
- George Brown English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program - Level 8;
- IELTS (Academic) - 6.0, minimum 5.5 in each skill band;
- TOEFL - 80 (online) minimum 20 in each skill band;
- Duolingo English Test - 105;
- MELAB - 80;
- PTE (Academic) - 54, overall minimum, 50 in each skill band;
- CAEL - 60 (overall);
- Cambridge English Exams (B2 First, C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency) - 169 or more (with no individual skill below 162).
