The People Analytics graduate certificate program is designed to help HR departments make the most of the massive volumes of data at their disposal by providing them with practical analysis and insights. The program lasts for one year. Developed for HR professionals and recent grads, this training teaches you how to make compelling narratives out of employee data. Discover the power of data visualizations and dashboards in crafting and presenting persuasive stories and business arguments. Investigate analytical methods and trends influencing the larger workplace environment to guide your strategy for recruiting and retention.
