Program description
Strategic Relationship Marketing addresses the marketing industry's demand for a new skill set that prioritizes customers. Modern marketing success requires targeting and acquiring new customers and keeping and deepening relationships with current customers throughout their journey.
This one-year graduate certificate program covers CRM and CX best practices, strategies, tactics, technologies, and methodologies. Students will design a marketing plan using industry-standard marketing analytics and CRM solutions.
The program covers database marketing strategy, CRM tools, CRM theory, customer experience foundations, loyalty marketing, marketing research, marketing automation tools for personalized customer journeys, and marketing analytics and measurement. Students do a real-world business capstone project in the final semester. Students need laptops because this curriculum uses industry-standard cloud-based applications.

Admission Requirements
- College advanced diploma (three-year) or bachelor's degree or demonstrated, relevant work experience (resumé and references required).
English language proficiency
- George Brown English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program - Level 8;
- IELTS (Academic) - 6.0, minimum 5.5 in each skill band;
- TOEFL - 80 (online) minimum 20 in each skill band;
- Duolingo English Test - 105;
- MELAB - 80;
- PTE (Academic) - 54, overall minimum, 50 in each skill band;
- CAEL - 60 (overall);
- Cambridge English Exams (B2 First, C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency) - 169 or more (with no individual skill below 162).
