Program description

You will study women's wear in a setting that closely mimics the norms, procedures, and resources of the industry in the two-year diploma program in Fashion Techniques and Design. Program electives provide you the option to choose from a variety of relevant topic areas, including men's pattern drafting, draping, lingerie, fashion show production, leather apparel, knitwear, bridal, and evening wear. Our core and elective courses, which include Adobe Illustrator, pattern drafting, and pattern grading, are up to date with industry trends. We'll expose you to increasingly complex ideas in the second year.

Both during our yearly fashion show and at a unique portfolio event, you will have the opportunity to showcase your work. As part of the program, you will also have the chance to volunteer, attend industry events, work on applied research projects, compete in multiple contests, and network with people in the sector.
