Program description
The Enterprise Software Development graduate certificate program at Humber College delivers advanced concepts, skills, and knowledge to persons working in information technology and allied sectors, as well as graduates of information technology or computer studies programs.
You will be able to customize your path by taking elective courses in areas such as software development, online and mobile application development, big data, business intelligence, and database administration. Students will next put these concepts into practice through a range of hands-on exercises and entrepreneurship projects.
Students participate in an industry project overseen by one of Humber's corporate partners in the program's final semester, allowing them to use and improve their IT, teamwork, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to display their portfolios and capstone projects to companies through a variety of Capstone showcasing events and employer engagement seminars, as well as practice how to reach out to prospective employers in today's competitive job market.

Requirements for applicants
International Academic Equivalencies:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
For Indian applicants one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree placed in the First Division/Class, university transcripts (Consolidated Transcripts are Not Acceptable), and backlog summary
To be eligible for admission you must possess a bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma.
English Proficiency requirements are:
- A minimum TOEFL Academic Level score of 550 (paper based) or 80 (internet based) or
- an IELTS with an overall minimum score of 6.0 (with no single band score below 5.5) or
- CAEL with an overall band score of 60 or
- Cambridge English Test with B2 First / C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency 169 (with no single subscore below 162) or
- Duolingo Language Test with score 105 and above+
- International applicants may be asked to submit an ICAS or WES evaluation.
