Program description
You'll learn the ins and outs of commercial and international supply chain management in Humber's graduate certificate program in supply chain management. A considerable need for individuals with up-to-date supply chain capabilities has resulted from significant changes in operations and technology.
Market research and analysis, demand forecasting, supplier capability evaluation, technology utilization (SAP and others), production schedule development (both aggregate and master), and process analysis are all part of what you can expect to learn in this course.
Applying Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Just-in-Time, and Lean, among others, to supply chain management strategies and issue solutions is another topic covered.
