Program description
This program is designed for people who want to work in the exciting field of hospitality. The goal of this program is to prepare students for university and to provide them with a solid foundation in the fields of hospitality, tourism, and event management. Students who complete this foundation program will be prepared to begin the first year of their BA (Hons) degree program. Students will have the opportunity to improve their English language abilities as part of this program.

- The Hotel, Tourism and Events Industry: 10 credits
- Studying at University: 10 credits
- Hygiene Management: 20 credits
- English for University Studies: 40 credits
- Hospitality Business Basics: 20 credits
- Introduction to Food and Beverage Service: 20 credits

Each of the blocks above represents a 22-week semester of study. After each semester of study, students can participate in a paid internship in Switzerland or abroad. (The Swiss minimum monthly wage is 2,212 CHF)
Requirements for applicants

- High school certificate or equivalent e.g. GCSE / IGCSE
- Appropriate level of English (various English tests recognised)
