About the university
London School of Business and Finance was founded in 2003 as a college focused on professional certificates. It now offers executive education courses and online postgraduate degrees.
LSBF has campuses in the UK and Singapore and offers programs via an online learning platform.
Global University Systems (GUS) is a network of 20 schools and academic partners educating approximately 75,000 students globally.
Development and History
Toronto, Canada's first international campus, was established in 2011 (since then the brand has been rebranded to Toronto School of Management). Later on in the same year, the Singapore campus opened, making LSBF the first business school with a location in the Asia-Pacific area to be established in the UK.
The former UK home secretary and education secretary David Blunkett was invited to serve as a visiting lecturer in 2011. Since then, he has remained active in LSBF's activities, interviewing notable individuals for the school's Great Minds video series, including Richard Branson, Deborah Meaden, Tony Blair, and Sir John Major.
Awards and accreditations
2013 Queen's Award for Enterprise winner. LSBF won two Global Business Excellence Awards in 2014 for 'Outstanding Educational Service' and 'Outstanding Executive.'
LSBF's Executive Education was BAC-accredited in November 2016. PQ Magazine awarded LSBF Best Social Media Use in 2020.
