Program description
Graduates in the construction industry are encouraged to take this course, which focuses on project feasibility, financing and procurement methods, and financial management of the design and construction process in consulting firms, client organizations, and contracting firms.
Applicants should have an interest in construction cost management and a desire to pursue a rigorous path to professional certification.
The content of the course covers the abilities needed by a quantity surveyor in the field.
You can choose one of two eduction pathway: a Master's degree or a Postgraduate Diploma.
This course is suitable both for students continuing their studies in this sphere (cognate) and for students who have not previously studied this direction (non-cognate).

Entry requirements for Master's degree depend on the country-living of the students*
Requirements for admission on the example of students from India:
- Honours Degree from a prestigious Indian university: 53-55% or higher
- Honours Degree from a recognised Indian university: 55% or higher
- Honours Degree from a recognised international university: equivalent to UK Bachelor Degree Second Class Honours or higher
English language requirements:
- IELTS Academic Overall score: 6.5 (with no component below 5.5)
- TOEFL IBT (Internet Based Test) Overall score: 90 Minimum scores required in each skill area are: Reading: 18 Listening: 17 Writing: 17 Speaking: 20
