Non-cognate graduates who want to work in general practice surveying, property management, investment, development, or a related field will benefit from this program.
Taking this course will give you a better understanding of the role that land and property investment, development, and management play in our cities' vitality. The UK's economy relies heavily on the sale of residential and commercial property.
After completing this program, you'll be well-versed in the theories, practices, and methods of real estate management.
A real estate professional will work with people from a wide range of backgrounds to implement large-scale projects that have national and international implications.
You can choose one of two eduction pathway: a Master's degree (240 credits) or a Postgraduate Diploma (180 credits)

- Honours Degree from a prestigious Indian university: 53-55% or higher
- Honours Degree from a recognised Indian university: 55% or higher
- Honours Degree from a recognised international university: equivalent to UK Bachelor Degree Second Class Honours or higher
