Our cybersecurity bachelor's degree equips you for a profession that focuses on spotting, stopping, and assisting businesses in recovering from cyberattacks. This program adheres to the Centers of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance/Cyber Defense model, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the National Security Agency (NSA) and sets fundamental program standards.
The degree equips students to approach cybersecurity holistically and build proficiency in important ideas, like assessing an organization's security requirements to create efficient plans and regulations.
The following CompTIA certifications are available: Security Analyst, Network, Linux, and Cloud.

Requirements for applicants

- Proof of financial ability to pay tuition, fees, and living expenses for your first year, after NEC scholarships and financial assistance. This amount is $33,500 for the 2024–2025 academic year.
