Program description
This program's main goal is to help participants build cross-cultural management skills while also giving them a solid understanding of how organizations function. It is suited for graduates with a strong first degree in any topic and is ideal for individuals looking to pursue a variety of managerial professions in either for-profit or nonprofit organizations.
The program aims to give students the knowledge and abilities they need to prepare for a management career in a variety of situations or to get ready for graduate school. Students will be able to gain the self-awareness and skills necessary to lead and manage others in cross-cultural settings. In acknowledgment of the growing significance of these skills in today's business, especially in management jobs, the curriculum places a strong emphasis on "soft skills."
