Program description
The most up-to-date knowledge for business-to-business (B2B) sales positions in today's culturally varied global market can be yours with the completion of this eight-month graduate certificate program. You will be prepared to contribute in a variety of roles upon graduation from this skills-based curriculum, which focuses on building a technology-driven salesforce for the post-pandemic era.
Topics covered in the first semester include virtual selling, client communication, the sales process, and current sales technology. Inside sales, data analytics, communication tactics, and business-to-business marketing are some of the topics covered in the second semester.
Both on-campus and online learning options will be available to you. Plus, you can gain valuable work experience and make connections with local businesses during an optional work term that you can take advantage of before you graduate.

Requirements for applicants
Academic Requirements:
- Ontario university or college degree or college diploma or equivalent
- Applicants with an equivalent combination of partial postsecondary and/or three to five years related work experience may be considered for admission. A relevant resumé and references must be provided.
English Proficiency Requirements:
If English is not your first language, show one of the following:
- Minimum of two years full-time study in an English-speaking nation
- Minimum one year of full-time postsecondary education in an English-speaking nation
- Successful completion of an intense English program like the English Language Institute
- English proficiency exam results from one of the international testing agencies. Only two-year-old tests are valid.
English language test score requirements
- CAEL CE and CAEL online - Minimum 60
- Cambridge English Exams (B2 First/FCE, C1 Advanced/CAE or C2 Proficiency/CPE) - Minimum 169 with no skill below 162
