Program description
Multi-talented occupational therapy and physiotherapy helpers provide comprehensive patient rehabilitation. Due to their diverse skills, they help all ages enhance their mental, emotional, physical, and developmental health. These experts treat patients, teach exercises, adjust tactics, and monitor their progress to restore mobility, independence, and quality of life. Their dedication helps people recover from injuries, surgeries, and other medical concerns.
Ontario has seen a growth in the need to help the elderly, disabled, and rehabilitating. Many acute and chronic disorders can impede functional capacities; physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and their assistants help patients regain and maintain their physical abilities.
The program will incorporate online, hybrid, and flexible sessions in addition to in-person, hands-on instruction. Our advanced on-campus simulation lab and 500-hour work placements will provide you the practical experience you need to succeed. This experience prepares you for the workforce after graduation and lets you apply classroom knowledge by working with other professionals.
