Program description
Students in this program will be well-equipped to take advantage of the expanding opportunities in the area of business analytics. Students will acquire the skills necessary to make analytical decisions that boost an organization's viability. Courses in marketing, operations, and business planning will be offered alongside more general analytics modeling. Aspects of machine learning and artificial intelligence will also be covered, as will the application of supervised and unsupervised learning to the solution of practical issues.
Students will be able to implement what they have learned in the classroom to real-world scenarios with the help of applied learning strategies like problem-based learning and work placement.

Requirements for applicants
Admission requirements
- A two- or three-year college diploma or undergraduate university degree (Bachelor’s) in any field of study is required.
- Applicants must submit transcripts verifying previous academic qualifications and experience from recognized institutions. All documentation must be submitted in English. If the original documents are not issued in English, please provide official translated copies.
English Proficiency requirements are:
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS)-Academic - Overall 6.5 with no band less than 6.0
- TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT) or Home Edition - 83
- TOEFL Computer-based Test - 220
- Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL. In-person or Online)* - overall 60
- EIKEN (Test in Practical English Proficiency)* - pre 1
- The Michigan English Test* - Overall 62 with no individual score below 60, ECCE/ECPE 650 or higher
