Program description
Working in a workplace is exciting because it is fast-paced and full of new challenges every day.
Creating and updating a website, printing flyers, and writing up newsletters are all tasks that could be expected of you in a normal workplace setting.
Knowledge of the Internet, including how to search for information, book travel, and read and respond to electronic correspondence, is a must. On top of that, you'll need to be able to handle things like desktop publishing, databases, slideshows, and desktop publishing on the computer. Employers value "soft skills" like time management and the ability to welcome visitors and answer the phone professionally, all of which are covered in this course.
