Program description
With a certificate, you'll be well-equipped to enter the fast-growing field of user experience (UX) design. User experience designers (UX designers) consult with consumers (users) to gather and analyze information that can be used to develop goods, services, and platforms that are tailored to individual users' goals and preferences while also achieving organizational goals.
This post-graduate credential will prepare you to help clients in a wide range of industries realize these crucial business goals. Studying in this program will help you grow as a researcher, facilitator, presenter, business analyst, project manager, information planner, usability tester, and data visualizer.
If you want to help businesses and other organizations create cutting-edge products and services that speak directly to the needs of their target audiences, you need to know how to implement design-thinking processes and strategies, conduct user research, apply usability and accessibility best practices, and create UX documentation.
