Program description
Human resources, or the employees of a company, are its most significant assets. To boost productivity in today's competitive market, business and government leaders now understand that human resources must be managed more skillfully. Graduates in human resources have received training to support HR development.
Through the program's business elective choices, the student also has the chance to pursue a minor emphasis in either marketing or accounting.

Admission requirements
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma, or equivalent
- Grade 12 English at the C or U level
- Grade 11 Math at the C, U or M level
English Proficiency requirements are:
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS)-Academic - Overall 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 (SDS requires an overall 6.0, with no band less than 6.0)
- TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT) or Home Edition - 78
- TOEFL Computer-based Test - 213
- Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL. In-person or Online)* - overall 60
- EIKEN (Test in Practical English Proficiency)* - pre 1
- The Michigan English Test* - Overall 58 with no individual score below 56, ECCE/ECPE 650 or higher
