Program description
Our recognized program has produced professional, imaginative Graphic Designers for over 40 years. This three-year advanced diploma program prepares graduates for dynamic and satisfying professional environments such as design studios, ad agency, interactive web and game design studios, publishing companies, marketing firms, and film & television production studios.
Our program fosters student creativity in three ways:
- Personal portfolio demonstrating design foundations and advanced software skills.
- Design thinking applied to communication challenges.
- Direct experience with professional clientele across industries.
Composition, layout, typography, color, interactive and accessible design, and industry-standard software are taught. Our project-based learning strategy guarantees that students shape their learning experiences and use best practices in portfolio-driven work across media.
Students learn real-world skills by working directly with clients throughout their final year. SLC Graphic Design graduates excel in creative problem-solving, design thinking, and user-centered design.
SLC Graphic Design students can collaborate on projects and create social networks in dedicated studio, lecture, and Mac lab facilities.
