Program description
The diploma program in hairstyling provides students with chances for hands-on, theoretical, and experiential learning to prepare them for a rewarding future in the hairstyling sector. All facets of hairstyling, including haircutting, styling, chemical services, and hair additions, as well as career planning and company administration, are included in our students' education.
This diploma course is accelerated. In just 47 weeks, our students get a two-year graduation and are prepared to start their jobs.
Many of our teaching members are also graduates of our program. Our professors and staff are a collection of highly qualified, skilled individuals with years of experience in both the educational and hairstyling areas. In order to provide our students with the most up-to-date hairstyling methods and trends and to better prepare them for this rapidly evolving field, our teaching team is constantly updating their skills.

Admission requirements
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma, or equivalent
- Grade 12 English at the C or U level
- Grade 11 Math at the C, U or M level
English Proficiency requirements are:
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS)-Academic - Overall 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 (SDS requires an overall 6.0, with no band less than 6.0)
- TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT) or Home Edition - 78
- TOEFL Computer-based Test - 213
- Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL. In-person or Online)* - overall 60
- EIKEN (Test in Practical English Proficiency)* - pre 1
- The Michigan English Test* - Overall 58 with no individual score below 56, ECCE/ECPE 650 or higher
