Program description
Programme Objectives
This curriculum aims to provide students with the professional knowledge and abilities required to create, suggest solutions, and make recommendations in the disciplines of aviation maintenance and engineering. The course will focus on aviation engineering modules such as flight mechanics, propellers, aircraft system design, gas turbine engines, flight stability, and automated control. Furthermore, the course will prepare students to take the HKAR-66 Cat. B1.1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Basic Licence Examination. The course covers a wide range of professional topics, including public health and safety, laws, and societal and environmental concerns. It also addresses the delivery of general education and work-integrated learning. Graduates of this curriculum will have professional competence in the aerospace industry.

About the university
