Program description
Programme Objectives
This program aims to provide students with theoretical, technical, and professional skills and knowledge in horticulture and arboriculture management, landscape construction and maintenance, plant sciences, arboriculture and the environment, and sustainable landscape management. It will equip students for the duties and activities associated with horticultural and arboricultural supervision, tree evaluation, landscape management, landscape development, and environmental conservation.
Career Prospects
Graduates of the program can work as arborists, tree risk assessors, tree works supervisors, landscape supervisors, landscape and horticulture project managers, green roof and vertical greening project supervisors, turfgrass managers, horticulture and tree specialists, industry business and technical representatives, horticultural or landscape consultants and educators, and so on.

About the university

The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) was founded in 2012 and is a Vocational Training Council (VTC) member institute.
